Classroom lead, intensive ITIL Foundation course focusing on the IT Service Management (ITSM) aspect of providing and supporting information technology based services. This course will deliver the fundamentals of IT service management.
Entry requirements
There are no qualifications required to undertake this course, however it is desirable that candidates have one years’ experience working in an IT Role.
