What to expect on enrolment day

Stage 1

Check out the map on the back page of this guide to see where you need to go when you arrive to enrol. There will also be lots of signage to help you, just follow the blue arrows.

Stage 2

Before we can enrol you into the College we need to check some details on your enrolment form and review your qualifications. This is to make sure that you have the necessary grades to enrol on your course. Make sure that you bring your qualification certificates or result slips with you. Your course tutor will also issue you with your induction timetable.

Stage 3

This is just a final check to make sure everything is correct before you are directed across to our Enrolment Team.

Stage 4

When you arrive at this stage your enrolment form will be checked again along with your proof of ID. We will then pass you to one of our Enrolment Team members who will put your details on to our student record system and enrol you as a Bedford College student. If you are aged 19+ and need to pay for your course the team will talk to you about your fees, finance options and methods of payment, etc. Our Enquiries and Learning & Disability Support Teams will also be on hand to discuss any financial or learning support you may be entitled to.
